The Embodying Wild Course

A 3-month journey & retreat to reclaim your inner wild woman.

“When women lose themselves, the world loses its way. We do not need more selfless women. What we need right now is more women who have detoxed themselves so completely from the world’s expectations that they are full of nothing but themselves.

- Glennon Doyle, Untamed

The Embodying Wild Course

…is not just a course, but a movement of women who are ready to reconnect to their wildness and untamed essence.

Who are ready to remember their deep and sacred connection to the pulse of life. Who are ready to let go of the hustle and embrace the life of ease and flow that they know is possible.

And this journey of healing begins with reclaiming the wisdom of the wild feminine.

WHO
is this for?

In my work as a guide, I’ve witnessed a pattern with my female clients.

They are driven creatives and professionals full of brilliance and ambition.

They are devoted partners and mothers.

They are walking the path of self-development, reading the books, eating well, striving to be the best versions of themselves, but deep down…

…something still feels off.

Beneath the impressive exterior, the truth is these women feel exhausted and overwhelmed.

They yearn to slow down.

They yearn to say “No” and do less.

They yearn to feel enough just as they are.

And I wasn’t surprised when this pattern emerged in my clients, because, for so long, it had been my own:

The overextending and self-denying. The pushing through fatigue to stay productive. The striving to be “good” and liked. The striving to perfect my mind and body, and even my spirit.

I walked this path for years, until I finally realized that what I’d been searching for was not outside myself, but deep within.

An ancient and forgotten wisdom. A language of instinct and intuition, of feeling and passion, of softness and trust – the language of the wild feminine.

 THE Wild Feminine

Known in Ancient Chinese philosophy as “Yin”, the feminine is not a gender but an energy possessed by all living beings. Yin is receptive, soft, slow, quiet and still. It is the fertile soil out of which all Yang/masculine life arises.

Unfortunately, we are living in a world that has long since disconnected from the wisdom of the Yin. Our current culture is one that values productivity over receptivity, output over input, doing over being, material over spiritual, and we are suffering for it, both as individuals and as a planet.

As women, we are particularly attuned to this dissonance. We feel it deep in our bones. We know our current paradigm isn’t serving. But where do we go from here?

We reclaim the Wild Feminine.

She who lives guided by her heart and intuition. Who flows with her natural rhythm and creative cycles. Who is soft but fierce, devoted but sovereign, and utterly, unmistakably free.

To meet this inner wild woman we are called to journey deep down within ourselves.

We are asked to move our attention from the head to the womb.

We are drawn to trace the thread of our female lineage and honor the mothers who came before.

And we are summoned to do the unthinkable of measuring our worth not by what we do or produce, but by how we FEEL.

 The COURSE

The Embodying Wild Course and Retreat is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that brings women from around the world together in sisterhood and gives them the support they need to reclaim the wild feminine within.

Through monthly teachings, private guidance sessions, live Q&A’s with inspiring guest speakers and a three day retreat in Montana, participants of the Embodying Wild Course will be guided to meet their inner wild woman and let her take the lead.

Together, we’ll explore how to self-honor rather than self-abandon.

We’ll learn how to ground into the body and trust in its infinite wisdom.

We’ll employ the sacred modalities of Astrology and Human Design to tailor this experience to your unique energetic blueprint.

And finally, we’ll experience the deep healing of partnering with horses whose innate wildness and majesty point us back to these empowering qualities within ourselves.

Because now, more than ever, we need women who are wild. Women who belong to themselves. Who honor their softness as strength and so can light the way to a more whole and connected world.

“I have invested in countless amounts of workshops and courses for the past years, but nothing ever came close to the transformation I experienced through Emily’s course. I consider this the best investment of my life. It’s like Emily unraveled layers of numbness and fog, and now I can see my world clearly.”

You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.
